Where do you deliver to?

We deliver to Calgary and Beyond. (Bearspaw, Cochrane, Airdrie or more surrounding areas)

How much is delivery?

Delivery is based on your location.

Close to our studio areas (in Tuscany & surrounding areas) will be only $8.

Within Calgary limit, the delivery cost is fee $10. 

The surrounding areas will be charged between $25-$35 base on areas.

Do you offer only delivery service?

Yes, we are online flower shop which is located in a private studio.

Currently, we are unavailable to pick up service.

 

What is your return policy?

we unfortunately can not offer exchange or returns on product because our product is a perishable item. However, we will the best service for you by alternative way if you feel unsatisfied with us.

 

What are your opening hours?

We are open 24/7 at our online shop.

We also accept orders by call from Monday to Friday (9:30am-7:30pm) and Sunday is closed.

We are closed on statutory holidays and no deliveries go out during these days.
